She began writing when she learned to put words together and her first book consisted of two homeless dogs living in a park for her second grade English class. She didn’t win a prize, but she acquired a love for writing that never went away.
When she’s not working full-time, texting with her best friend Heidi in England, chastising her son for pulling the dog’s ears, shopping with her sister Jewel or watching scary movies with her husband, she can be found writing on her laptop. She’s addicted to shoes, chocolate, Dunkin Donuts coffee and JIMMY THOMAS covers!!!

I've loved reading and writing since I was a little girl. I'd make up fantastic fairy tales with my dolls and even with household items. Nothing was safe in my imagination. As I grew up, I was a very quiet person that lived in my own fantasy world creating stories for myself. When I was in the second grade, I wrote my first book. It was about two homeless dogs who lived in a park. It was for a competition and while I didn't win, I did gain an even bigger love of writing.
As a teen in high school, I loved to write short romance stories and ask my friends to read them. It came as a shock when they liked what I wrote. I couldn't believe it. I didn't openly share my writing after that, but I continued to do it for myself. Then came the dreaded thirties and my sort of midlife crisis. I told my husband I hadn't reached my biggest goal which was to have a book published. His response: "So do it." It was then I finally allowed a professional author with multiple books under her belt to read my stuff. My wonderful friend Mina Carter not only gave me advice, but encouraged me to seek publishing.
I went with a small press for a while before branching out on my own. Going indie was scary but fun. I loved being able to make sure my books were done exactly as I wanted. Then I decided to quit my day job and try writing full time in July of 2014. That was the biggest fear I had for almost a year until I did it. A month later my books in the Paranormal Dating Agency hit USA Today Bestselling. You can imagine how wonderful it felt to do that after taking the chance to finally write full time.
Currently, my PDA and Sassy Series have all been Top 100 sellers on Amazon as well as their categories. I'm on book four of the PDA and four of the Sassy and hope to continue bringing lots more fun sexy stories to you.
About Her Purrfect Match:
Alyssa Moran is tired of being the old cat lady with no man. She has very specific needs and goes to visit Mrs. Wilder at the Paranormal Dating Agency. Shockingly enough, she is promised a man who likes cats, wants kids, likes curves and will be wild in bed.
Grayson Green needs a mate. Fast. But he refuses to be pushed into anything. That is, until a curvy funny woman shows up in his territory saying she’s there for him. Who is he to argue when someone as delectable as Alyssa decides she wants to give herself to him?
Of course, not all is at it seems and some people want Alyssa gone and Gray dead. If Gray mates, the future of his pride will be sealed and no one can argue his place as leader. Unless it can be stopped before they ever get a chance to make some cubs. He will have to work hard at convincing a human she’s the only one for him or lose his pride and his mate.
